NEOM Candle 'Complete Bliss' Review

I went to London in September for a few days and when I went to John Lewis on Oxford Street, I only had one thing on my mind: NEOM Candles.  I had heard a lot about them from Youtubers and Bloggers, so I thought it was time for me to find out for myself how great they were!  I left with three different travel sized candles: Real Luxury, Sumptuous, and Complete Bliss (£15 each).

Complete Bliss had been recently released when I got it, so I thought it was finally time for me to do a review on it!  It smells of true roses and not much else.  If anyone has ever smelled the LUSH Gorilla Perfume in Imogen Rose, it is basically the candle version of that (which is perfect, as I love that perfume!).  It's not a heavy scent, definitely the lightest of the three candles I purchased, but it's heavy enough to fill up the room with the scent even when it's not lit.

Here's how NEOM describes the fragrance:

Utterly gorgeous and perfectly pampering, we have modernised a traditional take on Rose by adding a little Black Pepper and Lime so it really feels very fresh as well as traditionally beautiful.

I definitely agree that it is fresh smelling as well as beautiful, I can't smell the Black Pepper, but there is a tiny hint of Lime in it, but it smells mostly of Roses.

All NEOM Candles also have a treatment, so here is how NEOM describes the treatment from this candle:

A great 'feel good' scent for lifting your mood, working to combat daily stress and a lovely backdrop for a sexy night in.  Rose is also helpful against hay fever, headaches and tension.

I can't say that the treatment worked for this or not, but I will say that it is a very relaxing scent and it makes me feel happy and lovely (but that may just be because Rose is my favorite scent). I think this makes a beautiful spring-time scent and I will definitely be enjoying every last bit of this in preparation for Spring!

The travel size NEOM Candles are meant to burn for around 20 hours, and I would say they burn for about that amount if you only burn it for an hour or two at a time.  It has 75 grams of product, and I would definitely recommend this scent, as well as NEOM Candles in general.  They are not cheap by any means, but the quality of the candles is impeccable!
